If we could give the Iron Bear team more than 5 stars, we would in a heartbeat! After battling the real estate market, we ultimately decided to renovate and add an addition to our existing home. After interviewing several local builders, we felt comfortable with John & his team. Looking back, we couldn’t imagine taking on such an extensive renovation without them. What meant the most to us throughout the entire process was the people we got to work with. We absolutely loved working with our project manager, Dave. He was truly amazing from start to finish, and we honestly couldn’t imagine going through this project without him. Dave was always there to answer our questions, help us work through decisions, keep everything moving, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. He made us feel like our home and our project genuinely mattered to him. No question ever went unanswered, and that meant so much to us. We also loved working with the entire crew and each sub. Everyone was kind, respectful, hardworking, and took pride in their work. We’ve already recommended Iron Bear to friends and family, which speaks volumes about our experience. We feel incredibly lucky to have had such a wonderful experience and such great people working on our home. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Dave! We are thrilled to have our house turn into our forever home.

John, Iron Bear Projects and his entire team were great to work with for my master bathroom remodel. Professional and clean work throughout the entire job. The final project exceeded expectations. The PM David was always responsive and always eager to get to the next phase in order to complete the job for us. I can now say I have a spa at home because of iron bear. Iron Bear just finished our kitchen, and we could not love it more. We originally set out to replace some cabinets, but decided to go for it on a complete expansion and reno. John and his crew were great to work with, and we are so happy with how our home turned out.

When unexpected conditions required adjustments to the original drawings, the team adapted seamlessly and still delivered everything in an impressive timeframe. They were reliable, showing up exactly when they said they would and putting in full days until the job was complete. Communication was another standout: the project managers kept us updated with clear timelines, weekly plans, and check-ins to make sure every detail matched what we wanted. Our addition project was a big undertaking. John was all over it and his crew took care of everything. Excavating, framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets, countertops and finishing. Our finished project was perfection. On to the next project!

From the time we started, someone was always there working on the project to ensure it was completed as quickly as possible. We worked a lot with Dave and Mike and were in constant contact with them throughout the renovation.
