How a job runs
From first walkthrough to final sign-off
The part most contractors leave vague. Here is the order things happen in, and what you should expect from us at each stage.
-
01
Walkthrough
We come out and look at what's actually there — not photos, the real conditions. Usually 30 to 45 minutes, and it costs you nothing.
-
02
Written estimate
A line-by-line scope and price. What's included, what isn't, and the specific places a number could move once walls are open.
-
03
Permits & schedule
Permits filed and long-lead materials ordered before demo starts, so the job isn't sitting idle waiting on a township or a delivery.
-
04
Build
One point of contact for the whole job. You'll know who's coming, what they're doing, and the site gets swept at the end of every day.
-
05
Punch list
We walk the finished job with you, write down every small thing, and fix it. Sign-off happens when you're satisfied, not when we're done.
Step one is free and there's no obligation attached to it. Worst case, you get a straight answer about what your project involves.
